I had exactly the same experience described with the
order doubling. Several phone calls have so far produced
nothing other than a promise that I would be refunded
the total of $61.78. When I pointed out that the
website policy on returns is MUCH different I was told
again that I would receive a full refund when the item
is returned. I plan on refusing delivery as well as
disputing the charge, and I've also contacted the
Conneticut Attorney General. I've got a few more
things in mind. I have dates, times and names of
those I talked to.
this is a scam outfit...
"can't find your order", "you should have called
back later in the day", "you are being shipped
4 of these items". None of these improved my
overall attitude. They seem to have excuses
ready for any and all situations. The only negative
reaction I got was when I asked the woman what
it was like to work for a scam outfit and she objected.
