On 27th of dec i received an email saying that i have an Ipod shuffle for free and they asked me to pay $1.50 for postal charges through credit card so i have given my details then they have sent a receiept for that after a week they debited another $89.99 AUD from card. When i have spoken to them they have sent me the cancellation link and as well as they have sent refund request.
When i have followed the link for cancellation it was done and when followed the refund request link it says that $2.5 is refunded and the other amount has failed to refund. Again when i called them they said that we will do it manually, but i think they dont because i can feel them as fraud while talking to them because i heard some voice from background.
So, plz any senior victim can help what should i do now... Should i call to the bank and file case
