I ordered a cover from the cover guy web site for my hot tub and waited for the cover to arrive. The day of the arrival I was home with my two babies 1.5 and 3.5 and couldnt fully inspect the box and signed for the delivery. Unfortunately, when I was ready to put the cover on I noticed that the packaging had two fork lift holes that ran through the box and cover. I contacted cover guy and was told that this wasn't their responsibility and to work with the transportation company. The transportation company is only willing to pay up to 1/3 of the costs since they claim it could have happened at coverguy. I dont know who is wrong here but I need a break. Its not easy having to look after two babies and receive the responses I have been getting. My experience has been negative thus far and I cannot recommend cover guy to anyone. I have emailed my ph number but have yet to be contacted. This has been going on for 3 weeks.
