Ordered a bag and decided to send them a message but they took almost 3 days to reply and it is in a chinese form which is i can't even understand. I tried calling my bank to cancel it but they told me to wait, they sent me a rip off bags and its not even my order. The two bags are totally diffirent from what i ordered. I tried sending them a message but they're not replying again.; (
