I received a call from Parker (Indian accent) from Microsoft Windows and told that they received notification that my computer was sending them message that it was full of viruses. He told me what I needed to do to delete it and when I couldn't delete it he told me he can go in and look at it and try to delete it for me. I gave him my user name and password and he was in my computer. He then told me he couldn't delete either and that I would have to purchase a package for this amount and he will have his tech people clean up the viruses for me. All I needed was to fill out the form and credit card information and he will go ahead and fix it for me. I told him I would have to think about it and will call him back. When I told my husband what had happened he immediately was suspicious and had me canceled everything because I do banking online, etc. All my information was in my computer that he has access to. I called him back at 3474801148 and Parker picked up and it was his cell phone. He told me the company closes at 7PM Eastern time but I called back much later. I felt so violated! Never will this happen to me again!
