0n 15 Dec I ordered a trial pack of moisturisers for £8.95.
On 16 December they took £8.95 from my bank account. On 21 December pack arrived with very little documentation - just that the box contained 3 items. Nothing about being tied to a contract.
On 30 December £74.95 was taken from my bank account and again on the 3rd January. No notification that they were taking these amounts. The only notification I have had was when I first ordered my trial pack and it was just a welcome message.
