Ive never heard of this company yet they have accessed my account to the tune of 59.99p. I contacted live help and after explaining all of to them they asked for my email address.
After some debate they told me they had sent an email to me explaining why the money was taken.
They then terminated the live chat session.
Im at a loss as to what to do... They have 59.99 of my money.
Should i contact my bank and explain it all to them
