Wow, what a scam operation... U order the 'free' 'initial product', then any attampts to cancel, are never processed... Their 'exceptional svc. Desk people' (sic) are rude, disrespectful, and are told to never give refunds - cancelling future billings almost impossible... in a ny case, you are billed $ 70. For the 'free' product... Where is the atty. Genl.in Ohio? Anyway, spread the word... This is shameful, for a supposedly big pharm.Co., taking adavantage of needy people like this...
Anyway, their pres./founder is Steve Warshak, their 'head of cus. Svc.' (sic) is Michael Johnson, at p.O.B. 18311, Cincy, Ohio 45218 (good luck getting to them though)...
Last, my credit card co. Stopped future charges, and/but also said they have been getting many such problems from Berkeley, so maybe will stop... Just my 2 cents... Thx for listening, unsure what I can do to get my $ back, tho...
P.S., they bill you for the 'free' item, then it takes over a mo. To get your credit card bill, by that time, they bill you again, saying they shipped preduct when did not, etc., etc., neat little scam for them, huh...
