Eceived my credit card bill today with a charge from this company. Ive never been to their site or any ancestry site and i dont even use the card that was charged.
They said i signed up for a 7day trial and that the charge was a renewal for another year. They also said they sent me an email about the charge in November and say they can not refumd the money but only cancel for future charges.
