I ordered a Coach purse at www.coachoutlethandbags-stores.com and the switched me to the site Balletbridal.Co., Ltd*Fashionpay for payment. I put in the credit card #, got a confirmation # from the purse website as #319. However, now when I try to access the site for the coach outlet, it cannot be accessed! How do I go about getting a refund?
