Service Reps Know Nothing

I recieved a Sylvania digital photo frame for Christmas. I had some question that should have been simple to answer. Except Curtis service reps were off shore. They did not fully understand English, put you on hold constantly while that try to look information up. And when they come back on the phone, they have the wrong information. When I asked to talk with a Supervisor. The Service Rep hangs up. Cutting cost is one thing. Cheap labor and poor represntation is another. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
