I bought a freezer from Best Buy and it died within 3 months of purchase. All of the specialty meat that was inside was rotten. I called Best Buy and they redirected me to Curtis International for warranty issues. When I spoke to Curtis International they refused to replace the freezer, they refused to refund me the money and they also refused to compensate me for the food that had to be thrown out. Their remedy was for me to package and ship a full size freezer across the States at my cost and to pay for the insurance cover (none of this is refundable). This was going to equal the cost of the freezer.
