I ordered a Green Bay Packers Charles Woodson jersey from a site called JerseyMaster for my husband for Christmas. The photo & description were for an authentic Reebok NFL Replica jersey; however, what I received was definitely NOT authentic. I could easily tell it wasn't an actual Reebok jersey. I emailed the company that night to ask for their return address. They did reply, but not with their address. All in all, I exchanged 7 or more emails with them, each time asking how I should return it. They never replied with the address, and Visa can't help me recoup my loss because I still have the item! If anyone knows how I can return this phoney, horrible, cheap, sweatshop-quality jersey, please let me know!
