I had booked a ticket form this site and transferred money through bank as advised by their email:
Beneficiary name: YT Guides Group
Beneficiary address: Cheap Trip Agency SA, 49 Mere Road, B23 7LL, Birmingham, UK
Bank: Nat West
swift/BIC: NWBKGB2L
IBAN: GB08NWBK56000621950164
They had sent me a fake e-ticket, the refernce number of which is not recognised by the Airline site. After many phone calls and e-mails, they hace sent another fake e-ticket, the refernce number of which again is not recognised by Airline online booking manager. I asked the to either issue a proper ticket or refund the money. No reply sofar. I am lodging complaints with authorities to look into the matter.
