This company uses contractors to push their schemes that "set-up" cable accounts. Their employees are expected to sell products to poor suckers that have no idea what they are getting into. They are told to lie and say they are the actual company and sell "bundles" to people that cannot possibly afford or need them. The quality control part of management are all on a power trip, threatening the agents with their jobs, making it impossible to ever make anything more than minimum wage. They are told to prevent people from bonusing (making extra money), knit-picking their calls to automatically generate zero progress. Management can never answer questions because they are too busy on the internet or their personal cell phones to help their teams. Trying to move up to a better position is also a joke. If you're not somebody's "buddy" you have no chance of ever being anything but a pee-on.
