MY 82 mother in law allowed the saleman in her home by the free a shampoo offer, then the other salesman came in with a new vacuum, after three hours of hagling she said she bought it just to get them out of her house, she said no several times. She really didn't understand what she paid for it, she thought it was 2 or 3 hundred. It is much to heavy for her to use, and it was over her monthly budget, she paid half by check and the other on the credit card, wer'e hoping we can get part of it back from cc, but she was overwelmed by their high pressure. She tried to keep this from her family becuase she felt sooo bad and had spent all her money. I was really suprised when I googled this company and found the same story over and over. They need to be delt with, no morals by this company who allow abuse of the elderly. Southern colorado, pueblo area!
