Kirby Vacuum Cleaners
Sentria Model inattentive to customer needs, high pressure sales reps, inability to contact for assistance

I am so frustrated w / this vacuum and the Kirby Co.in general.
I have been unable to get in touch w / anyone to help me w / assembly problems.
The only two service offices in the area have either moved or closed w / no fwding address or phone #.
I was under high pressure by a door-to-door salesman who wouldn't leave my house until i felt compelled to buy this product just to get rid of him. Don't make the same mistake; it's not worth the hassle.
Spend a couple hundred bucks on a premium Dirt Devil & buy a new one every couple of years.
You will be way ahead of the Kirby Rip-Off game!
