Consumer Report

I've made the payment to your son's account and the money has been deducted from my account but paypal just contacted me back and explained that your son's account will not be credited now because the funds will have to remain in their escrow account database until they have the VET'S CONFIRMATION of the kitten. I'm new to this kind of animal adoption payment via paypal I think that's why i'm just aware of this now though paypal said it's a new protocol concerning payments for animals' adoptions and the measure is for security reason to protect both parties. According to paypal, the vet will have to meet you, confirmed the kitten then contact paypal instantly to credit your son's account so that pick up can be done, So I will like you to make sure you have the vet charges of $600 (which i've already included in the payment) sent to him today and get back to me with the transfer details so that the vet can be able to visit your location and have the paypal verification done tomorrow. I want you to understand once the vet meets you and paypal have the confirmation of the kitten your son's account will be credited before pick up is done.

Here is the vet's information and where to wire his funds to:

Another Email:
Thanks for your email and sorry that i'm just getting back to you. I
want you to know I've contacted the vet and he told me he is presently
in Illinois though he promised to visit your location for the pick up
but he wants me to pay his pick up charges upfront for him to be able
to finance the trip. I'm sure you understand I'm so busy right here and
so I can't pay him the charges from here as he wants it via Western
Union Money Transfer. Meanwhile I will send the payment of $1000.00 USD
to your son's paypal account and I will like you to deduct $250.00 USD
as the fees for the Siamese and the extra $100 I promised you. Then I
will like you to visit any of the western union offices in your
location, deduct the Western Union charges and have the rest $600 wired
to the vet so that he can be able to meet you for the pick up as soon
as possible.
Though I have no choice that's why i'm doing it this way but I want
you to understand I trust you so I will not like you to let me down. I
will wait for your response before i proceed by sending you the
payment so that pick up can be done asap.

Hope to read from you asap.

Andrew.

Merry Christmas
