I have not received the 2 NFL Jerseys I ordered from www.sportswelcome.com website on Dec 11th, Order #HFW00005750. Didn't realize this wasn't US company until PayPal receipt indicated merchant was Chinese,??? Only contact from Seller in 2 weeks is $204 receipt for my order immediately deducted from my account on Dec 11th and then an email on Dec 16th with Intl Waybill #for tracking the order on Chinese & USPS shipping sites. No further information from Seller for 2 weeks now and tracking sites still show same information as shown on Dec 17th - "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". No responses to my emails to email addresses I have as record for this transaction.
I then discovered other Buyers have logged complaints on Complaint Board and ScamBook sites in Dec alone. Over 41 complaints logged against www.sportswelcome.com on Complaints Board site, (Link Removed).
Thankfully like many others, I paid for the jerseys via PayPal account, thinking that was an endorsement of this company and services. I have logged a dispute with PayPal and asked that this transaction processed by PayPal be cancelled and I be refunded the full amount charged to my PayPal account, $203.
Saddened that this type of site exists and disappointed that PayPal hasn't pulled their services from SportsWelcome.com site.
