Icalled the 800 number listed with Franklin-Covey and received an assist 123 operator. I assumed it must be a subcontractor or answering service they used and asked for help with an order. I received a constant pitch for some sort of service that I was not interested in and finally hung up. I called the number after 8am cst (7mst) and the number connected me to the company normally.
