I had been off work on maternity leave for 5 months so my debit card was inactive until my pay roll hit my bank card on 12/22. I called and reactivated my card on 12/23 and paid my utility bills over the internet. I checked my account on 12/24 and my balance was lower than what I know it should have so I called the bank and they told me I had to file a dispute which I have been trying to do since yesterday. Every time I'm transfered to that department I'm put on hold. The bank was suppose to call me but they never did. I am so fed up. Hope I can get this squared away soon.
