I ordered a month's free trial of Beri Ultimate Pro which arrived before Christmas. When I checked with my pharmacist she advised me not to take them. I had taken only two doses, but when I contacted the company after the holiday I was told that I had to return the pills to America or they would continue to take money out of my account although I had cancelled and should not have paid for the free trial.
I have now had a long call to America which I wil have to pay for and also the postage to send the pills back as there is no address in the U.K. To send them to.
My credit card company cannot help.
