2/3 Requested Free Trial Beri Ultimate Pro diatery supplement as advertised in newspaper. Paid delivery cost by credit card as requested.
23/3 Received e-mail from tlbodywellness.com saying next order 575310 being processed within next 24 hours. Immediately phoned company and explained had not used free trial pills due doctor's advice and certainly did not require any further pills. They agreed to cancel order 57530 and assured me not further charges to be made on my credit card.
29/3 Checked credit card statement and find that after telephoning tlbodywellness they have made a charge of £69 on my credit card after my phone call telling me they would not do this. Is this not fraud and who can I report it to?
