Vector Protection is TERRIBLE! Their customer support is HORRIBLE & most of the specialists or NOT educated. I'd $500 cameras mounted in my own house to look at my nanny with my newborn child plus they don't function. Guarding my kid is of the most importance. Vector administrators declined to come back my numerous communications and customer support was rude. I had been provided a worthless justification why the cameras did not function and was refused a reimbursement or perhaps a sensible means to fix the issue. I'd not suggest them to anybody. The moment my three-year agreement is up, I'll stop support and return with ADT. I'd ADT for 9 years and not once had an issue with euquipment, service or customer support. They don't let you know, your preliminary contract is for 3 years and also the only method to get free from it's to pay for the remaining of one's agreement. Furthermore, should you choose not stop before your 3 years has ended, they'll restore your agreement for one more 3 years after which you're confronted with exactly the same issue looking to get from it. For that next 2 yrs, I'm caught with subpar support and costly video security cameras that not function. Don't opt for vector!!!
