A new twist to an old SCAM, my letter comes from Portugal, 2nd (Prize Winner of USA Mega (under the international Sweepstakes) Winner of $450,000.00 Check sent to me for $4800 to be applied to Process Fee of $4100 Claims agent Oscar Wlliams at Phone # 011-34-603-367-834 Dona June Promotion Manager.
