Sent letter stating won 2nd Prize in USA Mega Sweepstake and enclosed a check in the amount of $2,975.00 for tax purposes. Asked to contact their Claims Dept. Before proceeding

I received a letter on August 10 from Global Consulting, Inc., stating I was the 2nd prize winner in the second category of the USA Mega Sweepstakes and the winner of $450,000.00. Enclosed with the letter was a check issued from G.M. Personnel, Inc. Of 179 Franklin Street, New York, in the amount of $2,975.000, which was provided to help pay for taxes. I was asked to contact Chris Pope with the Claims Department @ (469) 277-2151 prior to cashing the check.
