Key Card Packet Company, LLC sales person Christine Wilson came in to our hotel showed us their product and we signed agreement.in the agreement they asked for 12 comp. Room nights in return for "free key card holdrs local area map". After a month I gave them a call because we didn't receive the product at all as we were promised. I tried calling many times after all and no one answered the phone and if they did they would transfer to voicemail. A year later same Christine Wilson shows up at our hotel "now" representing Front Desk Media Group LLC. I remebered her face and I kept file with agreement and her business card. When I brought it out and showed her she started making up a story. She didn't expect me to remember her. She said that she doesn't know who Key Card Packet Company is and she never heard of them. Then she said the Front Desk Media Group bought them over. Anyways the was making up too many stories which didn't make any sense. I just want to warn all hotels and business owners to avoid them. Do not pay or sign any agreements with them because it's 100% scam.
