I ordered UGG boots and did not get the usual tracking info. For a long time and when I finally got an answer from a called out email address, the shipping info. Page said "error." So, I was concerned and called my credit card company and they said it was probably a scam but to wait 30 days and call them back. Boots did arrive a few weeks later and they were of inferior quality, particularly evident because I had since purchased a pair from Nordstrom's. I have since contacted my credit card company again and was told I have to mail them back (very important to keep original mailing packaging) and wait ten days. At that time, I will call the credit card company and give them the shipping EMS # and they will put the purchase into dispute. So sorry I made this purchase - what a mess, though I have every reason to believe it will be sorted out and I will be out the cost of shipping them back to China.
