I joined the free trial in November. Than only 3 days later, when I saw that they had no movies I was interested in, I submitted cancellation through their website. On 11/28 my card was charged $49.95 and again today 12/27. I called them and spoke with a customer service rep who informed me that I was not cancelled. I told her that I was (I also had NEVER watched one movie from them) and so she said that the December deduction would be refunded and that now I was cancelled. I don't trust them though, so I will be watching for January. They tell you it's free, then they charge this big amount that you don't even know is coming.
