Researched the thought of an online loan never agree to one and never recieved any money from them. But I noticed transactions of. 5 and. 1 being placed on my account then one day 30.00... Then another then another. Talked to someone the 800 number and at first I was hung up on then recieved the run around. After this I started recording the conversations which consist of them lying about days I would recieve a refund. I have over 20 recorded conversations about that include them giving me a false address and everything. My uncle is an attorney and I'm in the process of pursuing legal actions. They took money that I had for my kids Christmas and caused me about $100 in overdraft fees which resulted in me losing all my paycheck except about $100 dollars. I'm furious because I feel like they took from my kids more than anything.
