I discovered against my knowledge that this company had deducted AUD $95.00 from my bank account without my knowledge. I rapidly called them to cancel my order and spoke to their customer service person who said they could not re-imburse the $95.00 as the product had already started shipment. That was more than 3 weeks ago. I was debited $95.00 and yet never received this "last" order. I want either my $95.00 back or the product to arrive.
