Lino Lee (3Y1) Empire Today representative came to my house so I would be able to select carpeting and window treatments for my condominium. He was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to me concerns and needs. Also, he offered suggestions I had not thought of which were extremely valuable for my situation. His follow-up was timely, courteous, and friendly. I would not have re-carpeted my condominium if it was not for Lino Lee's commitment to provide excellent service. The Empire Today carpet installation team, headed by Ozzie, was fantastic in every way.
