I contacted Hearthside to order a replacement log set for my gas fireplace. I was informed that the model was no longer manufactured, but the representative was able to find me a similar compatible set. Later I was contacted to tell me that the price was less expensive than originally quoted. The set arrived quickly and fit perfectly for my fireplace.
