Ordered from columbiausonline.com for a jacket. Apparently rigorous solutions from suzhou china was able to set up a scam off that site and charged my credit card for about $5 more than the sale price and then I was never given credit for having paid when, after numerous emails were not answered, I checked my order at the columbia site. I don't know if the scam is with the order site or if an unsecure payment process allowed this to happen.in any case, I will contact my credit card company on tuesday to see about correcting this situation.
