Well I signed up for this card with the intent that it could help credit rating. I had 1200 credit limit. When I didnt receive the card after a couple of weeks, I called and they apologized stating that due to the holidays, mail was slow and that I should receive the card by the 1st or 3rd of December. Promised that once I receive the card, activate and I would be refunded the 69.00 back. I have yet to receive the card and now when I call, they are doing some changes with the phone and to call back after the 16th. The same recording is on and I have yet to talk to anyone. When I sent them an email, it came by. So go figure that...
