We started shopping for hardwood flooring for our new condo in january. After two horrific experiences with two other flooring companies we decided to give empire a try. We were pleasantly surprised when our sales rep eric stegman was not only on time, but waited for my wife to arrive a bit late. He stayed with us for more than three hours and and was able to answer all of our questions (a new experience for us). The installers were excellent and accommodating. Not only did our Acacia hardwood floor exceed our expectations, but it was installed the following day! A great experience all around, we have another appointment scheduled with eric and hope our area rugs go as well as our hardwood!
