I was charged Jul 2 for a Magic Jack and never received it.in August I phoned several times and talked some of their 'top' people and one supervisor who promised they would refund my money. I have never seen it now five months later. Why can companies not be respectful of the public potential customers? Why do they have to rip people off? I am getting to hate dealing with companies online now. It is such a pain to to be treated so rudely. There is no place to go it seems to be an advocate for ripped off customers. Magic Jack has been one of the worst for me.
