I signed up for a free book at a cost of 4.95 shipping. Subsequently received book and other material - later found charges for $49.50 and $99 on my credit card. I had kept none of the papers that arrived in envelopes.
Called the number i found in one of these reports [800-485-4350] and have been told by 'Lucia' - by reference to name and zip code - that both charges will be refunded in 3-5 business days.
