Like many others, I ordered the book 'Aftershock' from an ad I saw on the internet. It came with sample newsletters or reports, unaware that this would result in the following notice that my account had been charged $99.00.

I proceeded to call the number provided in my message and received customer service who stated they would refund my money and stop the reports at the same time if I preferred.
I agree, that the transaction was a surprise and should not have happened, however, they did make good. At least they said they would refund my money. It will take 3-4 business days, so we'll see. Once again here is the number were I reached Customer Service - NMX*GOLD STOCK ADVISOR 800-485-4350
