Advertised a 2006 bf50 Honda outboard with 190 hours, mint condition. Purchased motor for current retail used price. After checking VIN number, the motor turned out to be a Honda 1997 45 hp with a 2006 hood cover. Further investigation revealed that the business also ran a Craigslist ad to sell a 45 hp hood which i presume is the cover for this motor. Emailed my concerns and did not get a reply.
