I was offered an attractive Visa card offer from FLEXCARD. The original offer was a $1100 credit line. Before the offer was completed they offered an additional $1100 for an additional $29.00. The original fee was $49.00. I followed up with a phone call and a representative clarified that it was a legitimate Visa card, but did not allow ATM withdrawals. As of this date, I have not received my card. To verify the FLEXCARD I emailed VISA. VISA has not replied, so they are just as bad.
