I applied on line for a $300 loan. I got several responses. I was considering doing business with one of the loan company, and then the unthinkable happened.

A jerk by the name Derek Montague called my home and said that i was approved for my loan that i had apply for online. These people had all my information my full name, address, bank info, ss#, date of birth. I told him I received a call from this company a few days ago and told the rep that I was not interested! He told me that this company, and that the representative (according to his notes) talked with me for over 8 minutes explaining the program to me. I told Derek Montague that representative was only on the phone for about 20 seconds. I told him I was not interested, and then hung up! Derek Montague wanted to know why I wasn’t interested. I ask was this the company that wants to charge my Bank account for $99.00? He said “yes, and $19 dollars a month, but I’m giving you a $5,000 line of credit”. I told him again that I was not interested. He told me he was trying to help me get my credit together. I allowed him to complete his pitch. I asked him to spell his name and I wrote it down, and then told him (Derek Montague) that I was not interested, and then the insults and harassment began. He told me that he would ruin me! Say’s he going to make my life a living hell! He keeps calling and calling and hanging up. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAMM!!! I called my bank, bbb and i will be making a police report! When i called the number he called me from they where no longer in service, and the web site was fake. The # 1-877-536-0076,302-666-1111 and [email protected]
To whom this concern: Please take my Name off your call list. I do not ever want any kind of funding from anybody (except my local credit union) anymore!!!
