I simply had among the rudest customer support encounters (cvs shop #714, Somerville, MA) in an exceedingly very long time. I'd created the error of checking a discount that willnot focus on purchase products in the self checkout that instantly closed up. The home-check out clerk (#0028843?) sent me away and stated that she does not begin to see the discount within the position. She then simply strolled away with no term in my experience towards the additional cashier in the register who ultimately arrived around after about five minutes and got the discount out for me personally but began to leave using the check out still closed. I described this before she reluctantly explained togo to the register table to become rung up from the first employee (a moody old-lady who never laughs). She began to ring up my acquisitions as well as explained to drive a product an inch to her about the table as though she could not achieve it (significantly?). She offered me my bill with no "thanks" or perhaps a term. I expected her to get a carrier for my large products and he or she grudgedly got a sizable carrier and place one of these within the carrier before tossing it along about the table. She did the same to my next big product but still did not say a term in my experience and sometimes even hand-me my bags. She just offered me a frown.
I do not patronize this shop also frequently since the people there are usually mean. Today, I'll not store there anymore. Easily should store in a cvs
(though this encounter has switched me off cvs entirely), I favor to visit those in Porter or Davis Square. From today on, I'll store at Rite Help or Walgreens easily actually require anything near to my home. CVS shop #714 = crash!
