Robert F. Tilley, Jr. Has been operating an Online retail scheme doing business as SafeTek USA. He operates a complete online store that on its face appears to be legitimate. When a perspective customer places an order through his site, their funds are taken but no goods are sent, or inferior goods are sent that are of far lesser value. At one time I belive that the site was once legitimate, but he has eventually stopped shipping goods after accepting customer payments.
He claims to be a world renowned expert in construction safety and OSHA standards. His accredations are FAKE. They cannot be verified. Any company that has been through his "classes" are not certified or accredited as they think they are.
Another thing that he does to customers is through online auctions. He ships an item to an incorrect address that is within the customers using the USPS Delivery Confirmation service.
