I cancelled this product delivery and debiting by credit card on 27/10 by email, and consequently emailed continuously regarding ny cancellation and asked for confirmation of receipt, I did receive another package and another debit of my credit card, as I have the cancellation email forwarded on the 27th October I will attend my bank and they will reverse the charges.
If you have information that you have sent them in regard to stopping their products and costs, go directly to your bank, or close your credit card
