I have called several times and they never give you the return address they take the money out of the account without authorization and forced our account to into over charges they are not customer friendly they give a RMA no# and dont give the return address to force you into default chasing them. This is the biggest scam to date preying on all americans that had hopes of quitting the bad smoking habit, when advertsied it only says 4.99 for a trail if you would like to order it then you can or return it in 14 days... Well they never give you the address to return it forcing you into default. 109.65 79.00 over draft charges. I am so pissed this not the way to do business.
