In August I purchased a HP 752n computer. I also Purchased, (at the urging of the sales person), a service agreement for 200 dollars (five yr. Agreement) Several mos. Later I discoverd that the software that the sales person promised me was not accessable without further purchases. I also had a problem w/service. I returned to the store w / the unit & I was told that the salesperson was no longer employed there and they couldn't help me. I haven't shopped at circut city since!!
