Simon Ham Scam Factory How to ripp off new immigrants in Canada Step by Step protocol by Simon Ham

How to operate a scam business in Canada!

Starz1 is a vending machine company owned and operated by a man named Simon Ham. The company is located in a remote area in Mississauga, too far from Toronto especially when you are a new immigrant and have no easy access to transportation.

Simon Ham has been in this business for years so he knows how to get away with law and how to rip off new immigrants who intend to invest in small businesses.

The two page contract Mr. Ham has formulated is just to sell a phone card vending machine for 10,000-12,000 Canadians or a coffee vending machine for similar price.

He imports these vending machines from the US valued not more than a couple of thousand dollars and sells them under the pretext of providing small business and service for 10,000-12,0000 dollars not including the tax.

Locations for installing these machines are almost non-existant since good locations have already been taken by others. He charges clients additional 1000 dollars for a location which is not guarranteed.

He advertises in Toronto Star, etc for his vending business that normally says: small investment and great profits. It should be the other way around: Big investment, little profit for the client but big profit for Mr. Ham.

Mr. Ham never signs any documents whether it is for sales for services.

He hires new immigrants with different nationality and have them to sign all the documents so that he will not be directly liable for any possible lawsuit.

The contract for the sale of vending machine is well formulated and it is 100% in the interest of his business and 100% against the interest of the client.

The employees are exploited and abused. They get paid on commision.

He trains his employees how to cheat and lie about the company. His agents tell the clients that the company is registered with Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Ontario.in fact, back in winter when I visited their office, I found a BBB logo on their front desk giving the impression that their company is legitimate and accredited with BBB.

Mr. Ham video presentation regarding sale projections is nothing but faked numbers to show that the vending business is a success in Ontario.

Nobody wants these vending machines installed on their properties since store owners, hotels and motels sell phone cards themselves.

Mr. Ham dissolves his company (one of several) even if there is a lawsuit against it in the court for misrepresentation and fraud by lieing to the government.

Running a scam business under whatever name is unethical, unlawful and immoral. Cheating and lieing to people interested in an honest and fair deal is immoral, unethical and unlawful.

New immigrants must be aware and vigilant when seeking investment in any kind of business in Canada. Unfortunately, scam running businesses are not investigated and punished by the government in Toronto.

What I presented here was my personal experience and is based on truth. Mr. Ham operates under several different company names and only one of them happens to be registered with the government. He is not an honest man. He is an absolute crook. He must be behind bars by now. The company is operated nothing less than Mafia.

The only contact information for Starz1 is: [email protected]

Good luck new immigrants!
