I canceled this membership over the phone 3 days after I got it. Was told I would be charged nothing more. Then they went and charged me $19.95. My bank then charged me $35.00 re-turn item fee. So I called them and was given a web site to go to, none exsists. What go I do now? I can't a response fome the phone call.
