I, John Fitzgerald entrusted them to lower my monthly mortgage payment. LHG sent me paperwork to fill out and fax to them, which I did and they received. They asked for an electronic check for the amount of $3,750.00 and I sent it. They said it would take a few weeks to process. Called and called they said still working on it. Called more and more got noyhing but an answering machine, kept calling, phone #was diconnected. Can you help us?
